Movement for Peace and Development of Angola(Portuguese: Movimento para a Paz e Desenvolvimento de Angola) is a political coalition in Angola, founded November 18, 2006.[1] . Had previously been affiliated to another coalition, United Patriotic Movement, Massunguna da Silva Pedro is member of the coalition. He is also the president of the MPDA.<ref name="cmi">
