Movement for Peace and Development of Angola(Portuguese: Movimento para a Paz e Desenvolvimento de Angola) is a angolan political project in exile, founded by young Angolan patriots in Brussels following the assassination of prof. and President of the PDP-ANA and member of the Council of the Presidency of the Republic of Angola, Mfulumpinga Nlandu Victor in junho 04, 2004.[1] And made official on June 17, 2004, at the Sint-Joris school center in Brussels. And Massunguna da Silva Pedro is the president of MPDA.

Given the insecurity and systematic violations of human rights and the Mpla's oppression of opposition leaders, members and sympathizers, he and his project are still in exile in Europe.  His return to Angola is conditioned by the absolute end of Mpla in power.  After long years of persecution by security agents assigned to the former Angolan dictator José Eduardo dos Santos yesterday and today by the new president of Mpla, João Lourenço, and will only be able to return and install his party in the interior of Angola, if the Mpla is completely overthrown.
