Miche Wabun Glacier is a glacier remnant (glacieret) located in the U.S. state of Montana in the northeastern region of Glacier National Park (U.S.). The glacieret is situated in a cirque to the east of Goat Haunt Mountain.[1] Miche Wabun Glacier was estimated to cover an area of 25 acres (0.10 km2) in 2005, however in April of 2010, Dan Fagre of the USGS stated that the glacier had since decreased to less than 25 acres (0.10 km2), and no longer qualified as an "active glacier". Fagre stated "Generally, once a glacier is smaller than 25 acres, it's not much of one."[2]
